1 General Terms & Conditions

999tak (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "999tak") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all members who use our website and mobile application.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any funds or bonuses within those accounts will be forfeited. We may request a copy of your National ID or passport for account verification purposes.

• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on 999tak are easy to make via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in real time. Withdrawals are sent within a maximum of 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 500,000.
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met after a deposit, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5 Betting Rules & Terms

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded.

• Any bet found to be connected to match-fixing or insider information will be immediately voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999tak platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.

• Accessing another member's account without their permission.
• Hacking or engaging in fraudulent activity on any game or betting system.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to collect or hack the account credentials of other members.
• Creating multiple accounts under false identities to claim bonuses.
